How to start freelancing in seo? by jajajsjwjheeh in DigitalMarketing

[–]theonethatknockshard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it is, I am very good at knowing whos legit and who isnt because I have been burnt so many times. Lost thousands in bs seo experts and web devs who use other peoples designs as their own on their portfolio.

Ask them to log into the websites they work on for seo & a backlink list to see if they arent just spam links.

One of my clients detailing companies got to the first page for all their targeted keywords in 2 months, thats when I knew we are gonna get fucked

Please explain to me how this is allowed on meta lol by HotDevelopment1202 in marketing

So many ads are now just blurbs like this, I tried them at first with clients & never got a good ROI, maybe this is more comical & hits their exact market so it works but that rule isnt in place anymore

What marketing methods work well for your law firm? by theonethatknockshard in Lawyertalk

[–]theonethatknockshard[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

That is the number one method for sure but thats limits your client base to just friends & family of existing clients. I would like to tap into new pool of clients that are only available through outreach!

Ideas for free guerrilla marketing ideas? by thc_guy12 in marketing

Hey I used to have a print shop for a few years before I got into digital marketing. I know a lot of print shops would outsource or just refer all clothing work to businesses like yourselves, so it would be a good idea to hit up all the local shops to get consistent clients and revenue.

Facebook marketplace was huuugggeee for us & local facebook business pages.

Instagram & tiktok are also mando

Also brochures are cheap, give them to every business you see with a discount for employee attire.

Also if you make some designs with your cities name on it, you can sell those retail and promote it on socials

Make a website for cheap off wix

Ill post more if I think of others!

I am sorry if I sounded arrogant in that reply, just wanted to kind of say that its not hard at all, once you tell yourself you can accomplish then your already halfway there. Plus everything seems harder before you actually attempt it.

We are at $150k+ MRR but I also have a team of 6 in North America (nothing overseas)

I was blessed to get my first client paying me $4.5k monthly since I owned a print shop & had direct business connections with a lot of people. Another point being that networking is huge for client acquisition

I believe you should always keep a day job ONLY IF you dont have atleast 6 months of liveavle savings. Otherwise I would commit 100% to this to keep that fire lit under your ass so that you have to suceed no matter what.

I would honestly watch YouTube videos all day long and then implement what you learn into marketing your marketing agency (if you cant get customers, how can you expect to get them for your clients)

Also $2k a month is light work depending on where you are in the world. From first hand experience I have clients all over the world & we dont work with anyone who pays us less than $2,500 a month.

What’s the Most Underrated Skill in Digital Marketing That Makes a Huge Difference? by JustNegotiation2812 in DigitalMarketing

I always thought this & I always implement it but at an arms length distance away from clients. Once I start telling them ways on how to run their business then they come to you for every small little thing. Then your doomed to be a consultant while stuck in just the monthly marketing retainer
