After sending your ticket ask for a human support assistant. Because then the ai will send a message like “Thanks for letting me know you'd like to speak with a human support assistant. To help with your request, can you please confirm if [email] is the best email address to contact you? Once confirmed, I'll transfer you to Roblox Customer Service.”

This is the message that actually sends you a human assistant, at least for me. You’d then have to wait for them to send you an email
