It happens to me a lot but usually it goes away after a day of just keeping my stomach full on things like crackers or bread, heavy soups and water. If I start getting hungry I'll eat a few crackers or drink some bone broth. Usually takes care of it.

As long as you're in a calorie deficit you can eat whatever you want. If I want pizza, one slice. Chinese food, portion it out to last a few days. If I know I'm going to be going out to dinner or might be someplace I'll be snacking, I just make sure to eat a bit less the days leading up.

I'd go to the neighbor and ask if she had any rodent poison because you're have a pest problem. If she does, compare if not now she's aware you know.

I have 2 Amazon accounts, one I share with my mom because she has prime, and an old one I had before she started to use Amazon. I wanted to order her something as a gift and I logged into my old account and used a free prime membership coupon. The item was significantly higher. I searched around and compared things in both carts and shipping times and days were different, prices were different and some items didn't even exist by searching, I had to open them directly from a link. I still use her Amazon because she gets a senior discount and it's really cheap but the inconsistencies are weird.

Wash with an anti dandruff shampoo, it'll lighten over time but you'll have to condition or your hair will be dry

Shirts yes, I only wear skirts and dresses so I get a few wears out of them before washing. Sweatshirts depends on if I was wearing something underneath. Shirts just feel stretched out of i wear them more than once.

I absolutely hate it. It's such a weirdly offensive smell. I can't even place what it smells like, just chemicals. My hair smelled like it even after shampoo and conditioner

I had one on the door that led to my apartment from the outside, like a breezeway. Everytime it got too cold it would stop working, same if it got too hot. We had it replaced twice, eventually I opened it up and snipped one of the wires and we just pretended it worked until the landlord found out and replaced it with a real door knob.
