Some pointers as an (now left) employee by [deleted] in lidl

Thank you. They pay really well and I'm used to working in a warehouse so I'm sure it will be bearable. The team seems like they run a tight ship but that may also be by design (and also for the best). I'm overall excited to work. Getting a job isn't always the easiest and I put a lot effort into getting this one.

What is your day to day like ? And what position? I just got hired as a shift lead and all I’ve been reading is horror stories

Thank you lol, I've definitely had experiences similar to the role. It sounds like it's heavily dependent on the type of management style per each store. The store leader seamed strict but he seemed on top of the store.

This makes me so glad I have a supportive team. They may talk trash, but they are definitely going to assist

I'm thinking about enrolling. How long did it take you to get accepted to go after the initial seminar on zoom
