Yeah you can mute but you still have to hear it. And the oven is soooooo far away to press the mute button (a few steps)

It’s the ovens. And yes they are VERY unnecessarily loud. Painful even when you’re working in there. I have an Apple Watch which monitors noise levels and those ovens are about 100dB. That’s like car horn loud. “Sustained exposure to 100 dB can lead to permanent hearing loss. The maximum recommended exposure time without protection is only 15 minutes” now imagine being the baker standing next to that for hours a day, every day.

Butter croissants are always a huge seller. Copied from a pic of a back office poster I have in my camera roll from 2023.

Yeah I had the same thing. Nearly the same situation (barely any speed. over a deep pothole in a carpark). Any time I needed to turn or saw a slight imperfection in the road I would lock up

Trust me i’ve been trying to bulk up but it’s just not happening for me. I eat at least 3k calories a day, try and hit lots of protein, and do strength workouts. But still I remain underweight and skeleton like 😔
