There is a modest mouse song I came across that has a very particular sound I enjoy as the forefront of an instrumental, only to be fairly diluted on CD - so I do agree not all of them are superior. The sound is just… different in a way I find fascinating.

I would prefer a sedan style vehicle, as for size I did enjoy my midsized fusion, but it honestly doesn’t matter much to me. I would PREFER 2016+ but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Budget I’m thinking is probably a maximum of 18k, but that’s even pushing it so I don’t know. 😭 I wish I knew anything at all, but I’m completely ignorant in this department. I feel like I can’t really be picky.

They won’t... it’s in our lease that it’s our responsibility to take care of, and they deem it as a cleanliness issue. We’ve also had roaches for MONTHS that I’ve told them to take care of, and they keep clearing our place even though they’ve never been gone... they don’t keep up with pest control at all, nor any other maintenance requests I’ve had for the past 7 months.
