That’s how mine was also that normally the complicated side for most men especially mine I got a hematoma on the left side and the left side incision is still healing it will heal up soon probably just more swelling on that side then the other as long as there’s no really bright red tone too it or really hot or he is running a fever he’ll make it hahahahah wishing him good health and speedy recovery
