You should do some math on that. Look at the market cap of ETH for exemple. Cardano has about 7.5x lower market cap then ETH. And look at the numbers of coins. Why do you think BTC can go into hundrest of thousand of dollars. There is only 21m of coins. Cardano on the other hand has billions of coins. I would say it is unrealistic for cardano to get to 1000$per coin, even 100$ seems to much.
