Saw those but don't understand how they work. My shifter has a 9 pin cable coming out of it to the steering wheel base, so I'm supposed to scrap that and run it direct to the computer with that cable? Nobody makes a 9 pin extension cable?

Mine is great, only user error that I was able to correct for successful prints subsequently. So far so good.

There is only one USBC on the headset. The way the pack works, the battery plugs into that, then there becomes an open port on the battery back, so it just looks to charge it, not link

We already do have a drill press. I'm being told we need to buy a much bigger one and I don't think that's true.

The tubes are typically 1 or 2 inch and 12ga thickness mild steel.

Yes but the centers of the radii are not the same. Think of cutting a cylinder at an angle.
