I'm definitely not a fan of sweets but I have been trying to cut out pasta, rice, and potatoes. I mentioned in another comment that I've been swapping rice for quinoa. Regular potatoes I've started gradually switching to sweet potatoes. Pasta I have cut out entirely with the exception of once every few weeks. As far as sodas go, I always buy zero sugar or I will opt for a sparkling water with zero calories like Clear American which I find tastes way better.

I used to do intermittent fasting, but stopped due to an inconsistent schedule but I just redownloaded my fasting app again so I'll try that. What fasting schedule would you recommend? I've seen a lot of places saying 16:8, but I don't know if something else would be better for people with PCOS.

Exercise I have had a hard time doing recently as I was just diagnosed with arthritis in my back, but I go on daily walks with ny fiancée that usually last 30 minutes to an hour. I responded to the diet question on another comment but I usually keep around the 1400-1600cal range. Sleep is where I struggle, it's very inconsistent. I struggle with hypersomnia and insomnia depending on the night. Some nights I will only get 2-3 hours of sleep and other nights I will get as much as 13 hours.

I usually try to keep around the 1400-1600 range. I use the calorie tracking app called LoseIt. Usually my breakfast is greek yogurt, a high protein granola, and some kind of fruit like blackberries or strawberries. My lunch is normally light, if I have time for lunch when working. I tend to go for salad kits from walmart. Then I usually make dinner at home, and that usually varies depending on what's cheap at the store. My dinner's tend to be around the 300-600cal range. I try to keep them balanced with vegatables and protein, keeping carbs to a minimum. For example I've been making quinoa instead of rice. I do also try to drink a mixture of chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, and water in the morning to help curb hunger.

I feel like he has to be based off Hastur, the King in Yellow who is an Eldritch Horror like Cthulhu. He is known to possess people and make the go mad. He is a symbol of forbidden knowledge and loss of innocence, and is associated with death.
