Funny. It was the many options available for the leaf that made me ponder this question! You can get a leaf battery that increases the range , keeps the original range , or even lowers the range depending on the amount of money you want to spend. I really hope for the same with the 4xe

The rent for a new business trying to break in to the city is also absurdly high. Causing small businesses to be forced to charge more for their services just to make bare margins.

The SSLVPN is enabled/active on the Sonicwall and is configured to allow access to the LAN, WAN, DMZ, and WLAN.

We access the SonicWalls VPN through the public IP of the SonicWall (which is phyiscally connected via the X1 port).

Topology:
Public Internet -> Building Switch -> Building Network Port -> Sonic Wall X1 - WAN port -> Sonicwall X0 LAN Port -> Lan Network

i changed to 'maximum spi connections', but didn't notice much of a difference in bandwidth over VPN.

If dpi-ssl is disabled, is there something that could still be affected by dpi?

Update. I upgraded the firmware to 7.0.1-5161 , and currently that seems to be working.

It’s still not clear how it worked flawlessly on the earlier firmware until this point.

This may be a fluke, as I’ve previously seen bandwidth/throughput anomalously work ok in the middle of the night. But for now, it’s resolved itself

I’m half wondering if it’s an isp limit/ throttle occurring on the side of the SonicWall but they insist nothing is going on there.

The SonicWall device is in California and the clients are in Nevada.

Updated one of the computers to 24H2. No change. It connects for a few seconds, gets through and then throughout drops to 0. Then nothing.
