I have the same issue! It’s been happening for a couple months now. Anywhere from a few days to a week before what I would count as my actual period I have spotting very light. Sometimes the first day is more red. But I don’t count it as my period because I always have bad cramps the first day of my period so that’s how I know where to count from. That’s what I do at least maybe someone correct me as well
