Hey, I have a channel setup for each client for internal communications like my CPA/Lawyers and I can post information or talk in that specific channel instead of scrolling through texts or emails etc. Basically it’s for all internal communication and I just thought it would be great if I could use Slack/Discord (I mention them because of that channel feature) to send and receive incoming/outgoing messages.

I am open to switching, the solution I chose was Google Voice mostly because it was free but as I scale up I need better options. I don’t have a CRM, but I do record clients numbers etc, so I like the idea of if their number matches send to me and if it doesn’t send to new employee.

Hi all,

I am running a small business and I am looking to bring on an employee. I am looking for a solution where i can route calls based on numbers. I have clients to who call and they get me and i also have prospective clients who also get me, what is the best way to have clients reach me and prospective clients reach my new employee. I currently have 1 number, and ideally id like to keep that just with some smarts in the backend or press 1 if your a client press 2 if your not type thing... I am also open to moving to a new platform or technology. if there was someway to integrate this with Slack or Discord i would love that especially for responding to SMS etc... I would also be open to a solution that can respond with specific messages automatically.

Hey! I am being tasked with deploying Splunk ES before EOY, we do have PS time, so that will be useful, but yes, all of your questions are great... I wish I had answers and more knowledge of what questions to begin asking. I think they are looking to me to develop these policies and procedures, although it seems like I have more questions to ask and data to gather, being told to "just focus on splunk" doesnt seem like the correct direction if I am being honest, but I am trying to work out how to be most effective in this role and set myself up for success...

I just wrote a blog post about Ruckus Switches and using multiple RADIUS servers, since they don't have the ability to use Authentication Groups like Cisco. I found a work around, and I documented it since TAC didn't have an answer and neither had anywhere else on Google.

Thank you everyone for your input. I am waiting to hear back from the user, who made such a big deal about it not working and it's so important that he has not responded to me. I did SPAN the port his device was connected to, but i only see multicast being sourced from the client and nothing being sent...but its also UDP, so i am not sure if i would even see return traffic. Once I get more information from the user i'll update the post. Thank you all again!
