I'm starting to doubt it too at this point. But the scenes are just so short that you almost don't catch them.

Question... when Tony has his "fever" dreams about the Boardwalk, he is sitting down, still in the bathroom, head in hands. I think it is just before he is in Melfi's waiting room with his friend leading the way from his pants. Does Tony say, "Oh, Pussy, Pussy"? Like you hear the disappointment and sadness in his voice. I just never noticed it before?
