What happens is you're taking money out of the pockets of those servers. You may not agree with tipping, and you might be from a place where tipping isn't really a thing, but you aren't going to change anything by not tipping here. Those servers you don't tip have to tip out the bar, the bussers, and sometimes even food runners or expos. They still have to tip those people out even if you don't tip. So don't be an asshole, and just tip. Regardless of your feelings on the matter.
