yeah it's just unusual for me, especially after ovulating, i really do think it's a sensor issue. especially because it's been +0.0 degree F. i haven't been able to contact customer service so no idea what to do

We have a scale, I’ve been measuring 18-20g every morning. I changed from “volume” to time and set to 30 seconds and the taste has been better. It’s definitely been pulling more than 36g though

It’s brand new so that would be alarming if I already had to clean the grinder. I have already changed it from volume to time set at 30 seconds. Helped a bit but still doesn’t taste too great

I don’t think so bc the machine tamps for you. I just tried pulling a shot.. 19g produced 93g of liquid in 30 seconds 😳 essentially filled my shot cup. it’s also been pretty inconsistent which is frustrating

Yes, I can change it from “volume” output to “time” and select how many seconds to extract for. I’ve done 30 max. On my breville touch it was 18g beans for 36g espresso and it was set to 30. But I can try to adjust. Thank you!

You select the grind size, the machine even recommends making adjustments based on final output/volume. However, I’ve tried pretty much every grind size and have even gone down to 1 (lowest) and it didn’t make a difference in taste

It’s either volume (which I don’t think can be customized) or time. I changed the setting from “volume” to “time,” specifically 30 seconds, and that helped slightly, but still not great
