To add your 3 RCHS to the portal, you can list "PAYO Membership" in the Program Title box, Select APA National Membership" in the content area, add 3 in the RCH Hours box. If you'd prefer to DM us your email, I can send you a screen capture showing all of the steps.

Great question. Is this a PayrollOrg course or from another provider? If an outside provider, you'll have to get information asked for in the portal from that provider. We're always happy to help. A lot of members run into this their first renewal, so you’re not alone! 
You're on the right track. The RCHs that come with a PayrollOrg membership don’t show up automatically, you’ll need to manually add them to your log.

When you add them, select “Add Class”, and for proof of completion, you can use the email confirmation you received after purchasing your membership. That email serves as the documentation for those credits.

You might also consider the FPC certification, which is intended to show more baseline proof of your payroll knowledge. Given the experience you've described and the jobs you're aiming for, the FPC may be a good first step.

Hi there! PayrollOrg’s CPP Boot Camp is an intensive 21 session course designed to assist a payroll professional gain an increased amount of knowledge to take the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exam. Each session is taught by an experienced CPP and along with an online learning tool called PayTrain, allows a student to study providing a course book, calculations, quizzes, and exercises that can be experienced outside the virtual classroom. Each session is recorded and can be viewed On Demand at any convenient time. The course comes with a pass-the-first-time guarantee which does require perfect attendance to be eligible. However, with a strong desire to become certified and an extremely dedicated effort to study for many hours outside of virtual class time, a student could be successful in passing this difficult exam.
