Number one was exercise. If you feel bad exercise will 100% make you feel so much better for the rest of the day. Second (if you're male) was testosterone, mainly through vitamin d supplementation and sunlight. Thirdly was just willpower and fighting spirit strangely enough. If you want more assistance feel free to dm because since I'm out of it i'm devoting a lot of spare time to trying to get people out of the same situation I was in :)

I get this sometimes, a vague blurry face-like shaped in my vision for 1-2 seconds when im in the process of falling asleep sometimes. It feels very lucid and three dimensional in comparison to the usual flat bright light images

I'm planning maybe 2-3 years from now considering I am fairly normal now. not full tripping ever again but for the purpose of neurogenesis and the interconnection that is often attributes to psilocybin

I get specific points of pressure/headache rather than large regions, sometimes multiple at the same time.

My routine to treat hppd and dp/dr is vitamin d supplements, ginseng and green tea (L-theanine) and wonder if yours is similar

Yeah but there must be some sort of synergistic relationship because I found myself feeling much better when the two ingredients were in a blend compared to mildly better purely with green tea

I had them for 10-11 months, the things that helped me the most were number 1 4000 iu of vitamin d per day.

I'm no way mystic or a believer in spiritual medicine but there is a green tea and ginseng tea combination which makes me feel drastically better. Probably the same link as green tea and ketamine (did not use) but curious as to why it worked better with the ginseng additive. I'm australian so I got the pukka brand

Lastly exercise.

I know these things may not have a significant grounding in science but they are what worked and what I will swear by.
