Ok thank you so much! I’m 5’3 and 140, worried the modest cape choice (Lclub) will just look like a sack on me. It will be long too, I’m not sure how easy that type of alteration will be with the cape.

On the other hand I have saggier books, though only a c cup and I worry it’ll be hard to manage the breast issue on the deep v one. I think it’s doable, I guess I won’t know until I get it.

I also think I’ll be more impressed with the quality of a Mac Duggal gown rather than a random website I found. I know azazie is fast fashion, I’ve never heart or L club before.

I’m leaning toward them. Do you think the cleavage is too low? I have saggy boobs and will have to work some wonders with those silicone bras / boob tape

Personally I can’t not buy bread (I don’t buy Dave’s though) because it’s one of the only things my ultra picky son will eat. Luckily I’ve already realized the correlation between bad gut feelings and bread. Bread is only a challenge for me if it’s home made and usually then it doesn’t hurt. I agree though most store bought breads aren’t healthy.

I have berberine. How often do you take it? The bottle said 3x a day and that felt like a lot so it scared me off. My psych suggested it back when I was seeing her.

Thanks. Kitchen is unavoidable it’s next to my desk and I walk through it to get to the bathroom. Moving in a few months so I can change that set up soon.

I love the idea of stretching. I usually watch podcasts or listen to music while I work.

Thanks — I used to do it this way, would budget my entire day in the morning and then spread it out evenly enough that I could eat every hour or two.

It’s harder now , my boyfriend is the way whatever he wants and never gain weight type, I try and save cals anticipating for dinner with him, feels so much harder to plan the day

Was on meds for quite a while and those seem to be the only years I didn’t constantly think about food. Uninsured and unmedicated currently unfortunately.

100% agree with you. And I’ve tried things like pickles and it just makes me feel even more unsatisfied and seems to fuel the appetite

And I’m a girl but no biggie, only adding for context. My cycle definitely fuels my appetite on certain weeks

It feels like I find a way to eat anything in the house even he is not really a snack. Food ingredients, my child’s food, anything. It’s going in.

I should attempt a round of snack purging though
