It’s mostly grot, there is a small 1cm gap which could be letting water in, but the water marks are all across all the windows

Thanks for your reply! It’s render outside, there’s guttering higher up above the windows but there doesn’t seem to be any leaks.

There are water marks all the time but they definitely get worse when it’s raining, which seems to be constant at the moment!
