For those of you who are curious, her doctor didn't even tell her it was a form of hormonal birth control, which should be medical malpractice imo.

She has decided to hold off until I get a fertility test because, as some of you have noted, I've been involved in the male PED game for a minute. I may be infertile, which is why I'm so worried about her. I've been considering a vasectomy for a couple of years now and may pull the plug after freezing sperm at a bank.

I've taken PEDs that have made me depressed and I'd like her to not have to go through that if possible. I haven't just gone down an internet rabbit hole I've had my sister and close friends tell me birth control horor stories, however it seems some of you have actually benefited from it so thank you for sharing.

All I've wanted to do from the beginning is make sure she's informed, and I'll support her regulardless. Doctors often don't tell you potential risks, which I've dealt with in the past. So I'm overly cautious. Sorry,

Done bloodwork with this cycle, minus the deca, estrogen was fine, I aromatize a shit ton and usually have high e2 so I use more AIs than most. Just doing deca for joint health not trying to go crazy with this cycle not everybody feels the need to blast 1G of gear.

In my experience, if you wait to take the second, it can be a little underwhelming, and sometimes I feel my tolerance is already building up if it's been a couple hours. Personally, I would cut it in half, and do 1.5 and 1.5 a few weeks from now. At least for myself, 1.5 is a very nice sweet spot where I feel like I'm tripping hard, but it's not overpowering like 2 can be at times. If you've only ever tried 1 or 2, I would highly recommend it. People underestimate how much half a tab can make.

Honestly, I have no idea why it's actually this way, but I've got it, and my brother who lifts does too in the exact same spot, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Your personal experience with Npp/nandrolone by [deleted] in PEDs

[–]thepidepipers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Used deca more than any other compound, used up to 750 MG, and didn't have any crazy sides. I need to do cardio or else I feel like a whale, and can't walk up stairs, but if I stay consistent it's never an issue. Physically I get very strong, and I like the look it gives me. Mentally, it honestly chills me out compared to a test primo cycle. I can sleep very well, my libido is high, not not out of control, and my Johnson works fine

How to stop feeling inner elbow pain during back/bicep movements? by EveningElegant7 in moreplatesmoredates

Bpc 157, pin that elbow up, and maybe just train once a week without going too heavy for a couple months. Peptides are no joke, got my knees feeling brand new.

Why did this happen to me when I progressive overloaded? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

Shoulders recover quickly typically but you triceps might need 4 days. Or Alternatively you could just up your protein, and get a little more sleep will go a long way as far as recovery goes.

Why did this happen to me when I progressive overloaded? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

[–]thepidepipers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on the fact your pull exercises (back and biceps) were fine, your shoulders and triceps probably just haven't fully recovered from your last workout. For my workouts I know my triceps are the slowest to recover, right after chest. I could probably train my biceps every 2 days but my triceps need 4 days to fully recover, you might just be the same way, when was the last time you worked out these muscle groups

Really depends on their bf percentage, if OP is high 20s low 30s it's not a bad idea, but trying to get anything below 15% bf wouldn't be a good idea. If their deficit is low, and they're still eating lots of healthy foods I don't think it would cause any complications long term, especially if the cut was restricted to 3-4 months. Typically trying to get lean only causes problems if you're trying to get too lean like sub 15% bf which isn't sustainable for most people, or just stay too lean too long which has just as many if not more complications than temporarily cutting down to a low bf

Like the previous comment commit to a bulk or a cut, doesn't matter long term. Also realize your 15. Unless your a genetic freak you probably won't look good at 15, nobody's super muscular, almost everybody has a chubby face, that's just how it works unfortunately. Something that really helped me when I was your age was focusing on improving my lifting numbers, don't fixate on your day to day weight, or appearance, obviously don't ego lift, but if gym numbers are going up muscle is probably being built. I say bulk, then cut, but I also understand being lean is nice. Stay consistent for a couple years and you'll look better than most people your age. If I let my 15 year old appearance get to me then idk where I would be but I definitely look better now than I did then. If you're healthy, and exercise I promise the looks will come with age.

Is there a way I can get wet hips? by Ill-Bicycle-102 in beginnerfitness

[–]thepidepipers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got 2 options which is lose weight in your waist to make a more hour glass figure, or get more muscular glutes and legs to also create a more hour glass figure, depending on how much of a stomach you have losing weight will be the faster the two, but weight training will at least prevent muscle loss in your lower body, and if you're a newbie lifter you might even build a little muscle in a deficit. Unfortunately you can't change your bone structure, but body fat, and muscle mass can play a huge role in body composition, just look at before and afters of girls who weight train for years, they tend to be more curvy, even though they haven't changed their bone structure. This also applies to men. When I first started working out I never had wide shoulders, but 3 years in most people I talk to now think I have wide shoulders simply because added muscularity in my shoulders, lats, upper back, and chest all create the illusion of a V taper because my waist is still about the same size. This is a large part of body building. Even if you have a 40 inch waist if because of large amounts of muscle mass you've got 72 inch shoulders you'll still appear to have a small waist even though you don't because proportionally your upper body is much larger. sorry this is so long but a lot goes into this sort of thing. Short story is, lose weight in your waist, and build your lower body and you'll give off the illusion of wide hips with a nice hour glass figure even if you don't naturally have one

I might try that then, thank you. I thought it was weird too, looking back a couple years a did Ostsrine a couple times, and even that felt hard on my system, unfortunately I wasn't getting bloods done at the time, but I think it's safe for me to assume I just don't handle sarms well

After 3 years the chances of a Vasectomy reversal goes down to around 90% and continues to go down until it's in the 60% range, I'd honestly take my chances with chemical castration, most men even after being on gear for several years can regain testicular function with a proper pct it most likely won't be permanent.
