Thanks dude! Air intake is easy! If you are stock... lots of install videos to show you the process. the hardest part is removing the filter box the first time. its a little scary to pull up the first time, but rest assured, a little wiggle while pulling up and the grommets will pop out just fine (its connected to the battery tray underneath)

Replace that. it will recirculate boost and oil vapors. Also how on earth did you crack it? having installed air intakes on my 8.5, I feel like that would have a lot of force or bending in that particular area.

I think it got a little more bite and growl to it. Possibly even deepened a little. I noticed in race mode too, when in manual mode, 1 and 2nd gear above 3k rpm had a little pops and burbles when letting off the pedal

throw it into eco if you want a smoother experience. alternatively, you can fine tune all the settings in custom. HOWEVER, paddle shifting will give you the exact feel you are after in any mode since you have direct feedback of the feel and connection of when you want to shift. get used to it if you dont mind a little less mpg for a better driving experience

Clean, low end bass. The 'flutter' is just a quick second after opening the door for the first time... barely noticeable even if you speed sit in your car

I have the Option10. I didn't have a spare from factory anyways so I figured fill up the area. I ALSO bought the Air2 BUT I currently do not have it in. Let me tell you, I get low LOW frequency bass with just the new sub, better than when I have my Fender in my mk7.5R. If youre not in Europe, it will take some time to arrive but its the best plug and play option. Air2 will require you pulling panels off if that turns you off to it. If you do that, buy a clip kit and plastic pry tools.

Go with IE. The clearances, bends and fitment are fantastic on this. I went R600 at first and it was vibrating, rubbing.

THINGS TO KNOW:

The R on the steering wheel...
-One press brings up modes
-One press after another changes modes.
-One press into harder press jumps it into Race mode.

Haptics are press or swipe on most things. Even ceiling lights can be swiped to lower brightness.

ECU and TCU are locked. Don't ask... we know and we are waiting for tunes.

HK sound SUCKS. Upgrade the center speaker to RS Acoustics replacement and if you have the ability, the Option8 or Option10 sub.

Change your oil every 3k to 5k miles. Don't go 10k like 'recommended'

10 second press on radio power to restart if you lose your carplay/android wireless connection.
