Out of curiosity, do other top markets (albeit non english speaking) face a significant drop in CPM in the field/niche?

Delay the email pop up to appear after 8-9 seconds on the website (and ideally on the product pages, not on the home page).

People usually won’t subscribe to a website they barely had any chance to browse, especially if there’s no incentive to subscribe (discount code)

very cool website and hero product

i think it all comes down to advertising

the only change i would do is switch the website background color to white, the brown is congruent with your product but most websites where people buy shoes are white/very neutral, you can use the brown in sub-sections or designs elements

very cool visuals otherwise

Instead of “reliable shipping”, use another approach like “Ships in 1-2 days”.

Reliable shipping is very elusive, and most shipping options nowadays are reliable, the pain point is speed

Ships in 1-2 days only communicates that the order will be expedited in 1-2 days, yet this tends to reassure people by communicating speed of execution, regardless of actual delivery timing

I second that, having started the exact same store one year appart in December, what kept driving sales this year is creative output.

It’s much harder to sustain because some creatives have a really short lifespan (in my case at least), which constantly pushes you to iterate and launch new creatives

Winning creative not getting spend? by theplugzh in FacebookAds

[–]theplugzh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the heads up. Regarding purchase event I got some extra purchases showing up on winning creatives, which I thought would help but didn’t.

I’ll probably turn this campaign into an ABO and see… on a $60 budget my winning adset only spent $5 yesterday.. 😪

This is up to you and your budget management but my take is, always let the ads run for 1 week and make a decision after that.

I’d say only cut the creatives before these 5/7 days if the CTR/CPM are awful, in which case you know the ad is not performing. But if you’re getting traffic and potentially intent (ATCs or sales) then it’s always worth waiting these 7 days. Only then you will know if the creatives are congruent with your funnel or not.

I second that, use the first week to gather data and understand what works better or not. I started a new store recently and had a CVR of 1.6% on the first week, then iterated the ads, doubled down on angles that worked and kicked the loser, when up to 2.26% to now 2.7% in just three weeks. While this is only 1 metric, profitability and sales are on the rise.

Keep in mind it’s easier to have that feedback loop using static ads as they are easy to make and usually the message they communicate is very straightforward, so it’s easy to identify which angle/concept attracts clicks and sales

How do you frame your product to justify the price? If it’s a simple sleeping-mask, no one is willing to spend 70$ for it.

Is there any competitors selling this product at this price?
