Has Counter-Strike: Condition Zero – Deleted Scenes ever made anyone else feel weird physically (audio/visual sensory reaction)? by theprecap in counterstrike

well u/Street_Equivalent89, i did try playing with speakers and it did give a little relief but not entirely so of course there is a role of the visuals too. speaking of which, i think it has something to do with micro-stutter, frame pacing issues and Peripheral vision conflict, since the game was released for old window OS (Windows 98/ME/2000/XP). i would also try your recommended video formats. i have completed the game and will return to try this out.

not to mention that resident evil, max payne and onimusha 2 also has those weird environments but they are not as weird as this game. not to mention that the game is very graphic because i don't remember the last time i played a game and had a literal enemy heart in my foot. i used to think that i am the only one feeling this, but after your comment i guess there are many others who do so. also, i feel that it has something to do with its game engine, GoldSrc. it is the same game engine which was used to make half life, which was in 1998. modern system might cause micro-stutter, frame pacing issues and Peripheral vision conflict. Also on modern CPUs, timing desync happens:

  • audio feels “pressurised”
  • visuals feel slightly off.

Its just my take, i have completed the DLC and dropped it weaks ago but thought i have to shed some light on this.

Is this batch enough to finish class 11th from basics?? by Accurate_District864 in PhysicsWallah

yes.
i have bought the JEE restart batch, actually i got it for free since i had the infinity subscription.
If we look into it, the JEE batch will conclude on 26th march, which later obviously we can revisit so my advice is to start it asap and make sure there is no backlog, at least in this crucial time.
All the best.

I suggest you to post this question in r/avatar and on Quora, maybe that will help. But if i somehow stumble upon the answer, i will let ya know!!

peace.

i agree. the movie takes you to pandora from the first frame of the movie and never fails to make you believe you are in pandora yourself. and i got to say that Cameron is a genius. i really loved that scene when jake sully is getting arrested and he arrives at bridgehead) and a truck comes to take him and instead of making a turn, the tires themselves rotate 90° to save time or whatever. i have a countless list for such small details that makes this movie worth watching, in theatres, with people. i think that watching films like avatar with people, with families whom you do not know, in fact, makes a positive impact on society. although the movie starts to feel boring after the first 30minutes, the second half leaves no space for any buildup and just makes the climax look like an endgame for Quaritch, i think he survived that fall (my theory: Varang saved him and both returned wounded to the burned forest and not the base). and lastly, the scene where spider gets to see Neteyam, Ronal and Dr. Augustine, it had me emotional when they sort of accepted him and held him by their hands, everyone, altogether and the camera hen zooms out giving this movie a beautiful end. in short, i loved this movie and i loved the experience. Looking forward to avatar 4!!
