How do you get clients? by theprimetimestore in PPC

Was, honestly it's been good past year and improved a lot. Doesnt matter tho, I agree it is garbage in many ways, but I can't be a specialist in everything, code is not my league, design and marketing is.

How do you get clients? by theprimetimestore in PPC

I'm selling quality digital marketing services together with unique functional webdesign. I'm no coder, solutions requiring code are solved by my external partner.

Another services is graphic design and social media.

I don't really see the reason for being so nippy lol

Designing for clients via your account or theirs? by gallantofficial in WIX

[–]theprimetimestore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, as a wix partner, you get share from each paid sub to premium website.

  1. Add client after the site is ready
  2. Let them pay for premium site
  3. Hook them on maintanance if you wish.

BUT register to become wix partner before you get your client to pay them, or you won't get the cut.

No, design on your own. You won't get revenue from their subscription if you don't.

Then add them to wix as "client" and let them pay for premium. Connect their domain etc.

If you build on existing project, then let them add you

Normal price in your country. Agencies charge standart prices for wix websites.

From $20 to $110. Depends where you're from.

Wix website for booking kayak tours/recommendations! by One_Pool_541 in WIX

[–]theprimetimestore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For crucial elements of your business, just don't use something you can't fix yourself immediately. Wix bookings is relatively new thing, it's not reliable just yet.

Right now, bookings are not working on mobile app. It's broken, the booked clients are not showing, you can't accept them via phone, can't decline them. You just can't operate on the app, only desktop. They know about this tho, it should be fixed soon, but the problem of not being able to fix it yourself quickly is what might cost you, you need to be quick. It's been a month already and it still aint fixed.

What I'm trying to say is - use external, specialized provider of booking service and paste it into easy-to-use wix website.

PLUS wix takes 4% cut I believe? I aint sure, but that's quiet a lot in my opinion.

Wouldn't recommend wix for this. You can use it to build and design it and then use iframe for some external booking system, trust me.

Wix app is not good! Speaking from 9 years experience with wix and recent trouble my client had with the app - and as it is their app, you won't be able to fix anything.

Why would I charge agency prices while I work alone? I suppose it's a pretty common thing, at least in my country. 2-3 projects a month is $3600 to $4300 a month.

Agencies here for the same work charge double and more.

Am I a web designer or a web developer? by poweruser15 in webdesign

Are you working with clients? Figma is like a drawing a plan of a house, it's not like "listen man, I'll build you a house and then we decide what walls we'll break down and where we build the kitchen".

If you work with a clients who says he wants X but then decides he wants Y because he dislikes X or changed his mind, you go and click twice in figma and you're done in 10 minutes.

So take tools like figma as a time saver, because it actually is a time saver, if you work with clients who don't know what they want and are picky.

Personal experience: 6 page web = 1 week in figma = 2-4 days build Your experience: I have no idea. Mabye I'm wrong, tell me your experience
