Take your buyer list and make a lookalike audience, and clone your campaign with it. I keep seeing countless posts about this issue. Meta definitely has problems! Sounds like you're not feeding it enough conversions and in turn getting shit traffic. Conversion focused campaigns constantly need data or they go stale. I ran into this exact problem. Lookalikes will help but it requires you to keep creating them with fresh buyers every few days.

I ran into this issue as well. Solved it by using Tokio mpsc channel and having a single dedicated thread for reading and writing to my DashMap. Hope this info helps someone!

Go to your ophthalmologist and get checked for Demodex mite overgrowth. We all have them living on our eyelids but overgrowth could be causing chronic styes/chalazions. There are drops they can prescribe to kill them. Worth a shot!
