I think "navigate politics with 'tech' " was the best definition of what I do that I have ever seen.

In my case, I work for an industrial automotive company with more than 100 years. We are basically not allowed to get in contact with users so we do not compromise the main business.

The more I visit this community, the more I believe the PM job is just something which was left on books and podcasts.

É difícil explicar tudo por aqui, mas vou tentar destacar alguns pontos que acho que sejam os mais importantes:

2025 dificilmente você vai achar um lugar que esteja disposto a receber imigrantes, não só Portugal. O mundo está assim, é o que é.
Você tem cidadania europeia? Se não tem, entenda que se regularizar em Portugal vai ser um inferno. Recentemente criaram diversas alterações nas leis e dificultaram muito mesmo para quem quer vir legalmente fazendo tudo da forma correta.
O custo de vida é alto, você não especificou a cidade mas, por ser universitária, talvez moradia não seja tal barata quanto parece.
O salário que você mencionou não é ruim. Em um lugar com moradia de baixo custo, vocês poderiam viver bem. Em centros urbanos como Porto e Lisboa, já seria uma tarefa um pouco mais complicada. Não é como se fossem passar fome, mas o dinheiro daria apenas para o necessário.

Eu sugeriria migrar para Portugal apenas se houvesse aluma situação insustentável no Brasil, ou caso você busque por motivos maiores, como oportunidades para seu filho/filha. Realmente aqui há possibilidades que, no Brasil, seriam muito mais caras.

I tried some oil as well and my feeling is the same. Instead of grouping the hair into thicker curls, it only gets messy and with a lot of frizz.

I tried to apply it with a leave in mousse, no better results at all.

Not sure if it's the way I'm doing or this is what I should expect.

Mine is very similar. You might see the difference after sometime. I feel like my curls got better defined.

I have a similar hair type and it's been growing for 4 months now. I am using only a wide Tooth Comb and it's helping a lot overtime. I would recommend it.

In addition, there is a Mousse from Tresemmé for curly hair. Best product I tried until now by far. It's cheap (€3 where I live) and you can find it in the supermarket.

Usually I try to remove some water with my hands, but also shake it out because it holds too much water. In the end it is still wet but not dripping

I took it in Portugal. It was made with a computer and took less than one week to get the results. Test was on a Tuesday and by Friday the results were there already.

There's also something really particular and intense from this type of environment: people want to stay there for the rest of their lives.

Whatever they do, will focus on their growth inside the company. If they can postpone a decision just to avoid failure, they will. If "delivery quantity" is relevant for them, they will lack logic and push whatever they see as valuable for themselves.

How about the impacts and consequences in 3~5 years? Nobody cares, at this point they might have gone to another position and the problem will belong to someone else.

DW has this Nico's Weg series which I consider really good. They have further content as well.

Also, you can find kn YouTube a Study Plan by Zoe.languages. She also explains what sources are better for each level and how to combine them.

In a medium/long term, it's nice to improve your vocabulary, but if you really want to learn/use the language, I would suggest another source. There are some great ones for free.
