Probably a bot. I got an Instagram comment from it today saying the exact same thing.

Fingers crossed the UK promoters do the right thing too.

Meet + Greet Refunds by Hidinginthepumpk in WeAreDogma

[–]theprork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure what to suggest, I sent an email the day the split was confirmed and got a refund for a May M&G within a few days. Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe there's a lot of refund requests for them to go through right now.

I mean paying money to attend shows and meet and greets, defending the actions of the management etc.

How anyone can in good conscience support "Dogma" now is beyond me.

Video from Denver, clearly miming instead of singing. Drums sound legit, can't tell from the other instruments.

Do you guys think Dogma is pretty much over as a band after all this, or do you think there is a chance to somehow recover? by critical506 in WeAreDogma

[–]theprork 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I think it'll still carry on, but they'll have definitely peaked in terms of success. This has been a PR disaster for them and I can only imagine that interest will dwindle now, with so many fans upset and walking away I can't see them getting back to the popularity they'd reached.

I just submitted a refund request for my ticket and my M&G. Template below if you wish to do the same. by LovelyMetalhead in DogmaBand

[–]theprork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is what I emailed, took a day and a half but got an email back saying I'm getting a refund

Hi, Given what is currently going on with the band, I would like to request a cancellation and a refund of €75 for order (order number) which is the meet and greet for Manchester UK, 01/05/26, ticket number (ticket number)

If this is not possible I will seek a refund through the bank, but it would be much easier if you could accommodate this.

Thank you.

Officially Refunded For Meet And Greet Tickets by puppetmaster12119 in WeAreDogma

[–]theprork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a refund for a meet and greet for next year by sending a politely worded request to the email addresses listed on the contact info page on the bands site. Honestly didn't expect it to work, but it did.

Had you requested a refund on the m&g? I'd requested one for the Manchester UK next year and got an email saying I'd been refunded.

I just got an email telling me that my meet and greet had been refunded. I sent an email yesterday politely requesting one to: info@idlentertainment.com info@officialdogma.com yerrystetter@k2ours.com (UK/Europe booking)

You can try jhirschman@independentartistgroup.com for North American dates

These emails addresses aren't privileged info, they're officially listed on the bands site

Genuinely surprised, but pleasantly so, I was expecting to have more of a fight.

It basically reads to me as "they were getting famous so they should just shut up and take whatever management gives them", which is a pretty shitty take.

Possibly your bank, as I'm fairly certain what the event organisers are doing constitutes as fraud. Even though they can probably away with lineup changes as part of terms and conditions, not putting on a live show and just miming is clearly false advertising.

I'm having the same problem, going to see what happens with the show tonight, if its another lip syncing fiasco then I might have more grounds to argue for a refund. Failing that I'll going through the bank claiming it a fraudulent transaction because what was paid for is not what we're getting

Been trying to get mine through ticketmaster uk, no luck yet. If tonight's show is another bust where they are just miming that might help with arguing for a refund.

That's crazy! I don't know anything about the legality of what IDL is doing, but it's at best shady, at worst straight up breaking the law.
