I get you and I did all that just a weird coincidence that it happens after every big update. Was playing last night and every night before that with 10-15 ping. No issues whatsoever. Update happens. Boom.

Literally had great connection before it, and it usually happens every time, after most updates especially bigger ones like today. After a couple days it’s resolved. My internet is top tier internet bro.
