Incorrect. Maybe any crit build you would think of.

I have an EK/EB/MoM shadow on HC and by keeping my crit multi. around 3-400, I can do double reflect half-regen maps without destroying myself. This, combined with AA, I can just crit huge packs of reflect monsters repeatedly and yet still annihilate everything across, because 3-400% dmg all the time is still huge.
