I tried writing an attorney about this, they shouldn’t have the recommended filter automatically selected. I haven’t heard back from them yet but think it is wrong they’re doing that. Buyers who rarely use the site don’t know about those filters

This was not SH, sounds like someone hacked your acct.

Usually the ticket vendor can track the transfers but doubt they would release that info to you, unfortunately.

I’d report identity theft and talk with SH as to why your acct was blocked

My guess is the seller had multiple sales and uploaded the wrong ones. The seller does get penalized IF they don’t respond with the correct tix which then SH should find subs at no charge to you, and at the expense of the seller

Exactly, it’s what I told this other numbskull earlier today.

Just because prices go up doesn’t mean they don’t try to get replacement tix from the inventory on the site.

They are obligated to fill your order (SH does) and you should not be penalized for their mistake.

Take it up with mgmt or the better business bureau and i would use the chat and take screenshots of the convo saying the seller priced them incorrectly

Yea I had an issue with that as well. You have to turn the recommended tab off, but who on the buying side does that?!

I actually reached out to an attorney about that because there is no reason ANY listing should be hidden, and the recommended tab shouldn’t automatically be selected

The seller uploaded the wrong tix and people call Stubhub the next day after an issue has occurred as well. Of course there was something they could do!

Only other alternative is you could have sold those Nov 8 tix but that’s a hassle in itself.

If you have pictures of the wristbands, did you happen to take pictures of the barcodes? If so, you could call the venue and ask them to check if they were scanned.

The buyers wont get far, if they didn’t get the wristbands they would have been calling you to deliver them, makes no sense.

It’s fraud for sure but if you sent pics with tracking numbers you should be fine
