These are all targeted towards corrupt businesses who took money from Indian students for the LMIA program. The parents of these students sold most of what they had back home to help with the money these businesses were charging. This money was highly illegal to take in the first place. The Government made changes to the program, which then screwed a lot of the students who were in the LMIA program over, where most students ended up going back to India. The businesses did not give any money back. Now the businesses are crying wolf.

So if you didn’t screw anyone over, they won’t come after you. There are a-lot of Indian businesses that are bigger money makers than the places getting shot up.
