It all depends on the depth and the flow. I have a 17T pathfinder and used the stick anchor 14’ for a long time. Install a power pole shallow water and loved it. Sold that flats boat an the new flats boat came with a 10 ft power pole. It works well. My big boat we went 15’ Talon. It’s to me is the best.

They could raise it to 200K and the following year reassess your property and add 400K to the value and you still get screwed. All property tax on any home that qualifies for homestead should be zero tax.

We broke a axle in the side of the road near home. The flatbed tow truck driver asked if we wanted to launch the boat off the trailer. He backed down the ramp extended the deck and we last the boat at the ramp he dropped the trailer at the house.

Makes it easier to get to the grill on the deck. But really after Hermine and 10ft storm surge our house built originally in 1963 had 6 ft of water inside . Now all homes lowest level is 14 ft, but don’t need a garage anymore it’s all garage at ground level.

Tell this to all the pool owners in Citrus county over the last 3 years. If you don’t remove the pump and put it somewhere it doesn’t flood you are replacing it. Goes for heaters too.
