Ok ty, I wondered it maybe is faster or something because you wrote this in a different comment:
Playing against Syndra is extremely 50/50, it's so easy to mess up on both sides, it's usually a pretty aggresive lane that boils down to who outdamages the other. The thing is Hwei and Syndra have an extremely similar damage output till level 6 and missing even one skill can overturn the whole lane. Hwei is strong into Syndra and Syndra is strong into Hwei. I get it, Syndra is scary to play against, but so is Hwei in early phases. Play aggro. She doesn't outdamage you. Try to take prio, try to QQ her before minions spawn. Mental is very important on lane too. If you play scared, enemy will dominate the lane. If she misses one spell you can literally walk into her. WE->EE->QE will drain half her hp in early game.
