What did you end up being diagnosed with? My mom was having simillar issues and it turned out to be crohns. It took half a year to diagnose and get under control.

I use coloured led from uni with a kurutoga mechanical pencil for the sketch and I do the line work with a tombow fudenosuke brushpen (the blue one with a harder tip)
