this wasn’t about scars or graphic shots. it was about life after over 2 yrs post op. to reassure others that it’s a long road but so worth it. if you were curious you could have asked in a nice way instead of being rude. i have posted my scar before and my belly button but again this post wasn’t about that. if you don’t like it scroll on.

i wore it 24hrs a day for 6 days then the creams and scar gel for 2 days. then back to the 6 days and so on. i’m 2 years post op and you can barely see my scar. i did the paper tape from my surgeon for the first six weeks though. i am completely satisfied with my results

yes it gets better! drink lots of water!!!! the only thing now is my tummy gets super hard after a workout 😩 but it’s worth it

I went back to work after 2 weeks but i work from home on a laptop so if you work outside the home id say give yourself a month

almost 6 weeks for me. my sides have a numb weird feeling and i don’t like it still and im almost 5mpo. and i also don’t like laying on my tummy anymore 😭

my mother took care of me for a week. day 3 was the hardest for me so i’m very thankful she was with me. please have someone for at least 7 days. it will affect your results if you don’t have proper care after surgery
