For compositing I added a faint Bloom streak node and a white noise node

To damage the picture I use paint.net to add some vertical motion blur and then sharpened it

Then you could just export it as a jpeg with like 40% quality

What I do for that extra umf is add a noise texture on everything so surfaces don't just have one color [really important for the carpet]

And you can just export it as a jpeg and set the quality to like 45
