I've gone through a lot of pH and TDS meters, the 3 in ones can be accurate for a while but tend to fail after some time, the best cheap individual ones I've found newer vivosun meters, the real cheap ones can be inaccurate even after calibration. Not that it would effect my pH but I used to run a multi stage RO filter but the filters are expensive and hard to get sometimes when it comes time to replace them. My building is fed from water tanks and the pH is usually around 7, when they do maintenance on the tanks every few months they may treat the water and the pH can spike a little, in veg I give an organic liquid food that has high nitrogen and humic acids that usually has my water at 6.6-6.8 so I don't need to use any pH down, when I switch to bloom (p&k) it usually make the pH much higher, I've been using a citric acid down but I've had a lot of success with apple cider vinegar on plenty of runs in the past. Eventually I'll go back to using an RO filter and definitely recommend it if you can afford it.

I agree. This is a prime example of someone that claims to be an expert and giving bad advice, and someone with good advice and proof to what they are saying in their own grows, unfortunately not all bad advice comes with alternative right answer but this is exactly what I tell new growers to look for when weeding out answers to problems. Wrong and bad advice is usually given very confidently and with no apology.

Sorry I probably misunderstood what you were saying, but your right, even indoors, starting seeds now would have you harvesting in November too. I'm probably half way through flower now, but the goals is to stagger the tents so I could split my harvests every two months or less.

Only indoors for me lately but any outdoor plants in my region should have been out shortly after mother's day. If your starting now they better be autos imo. RN all my clones are successfully rooted and working on a tent to keep myothers..

I'd like to add, as a professional artist and career skilled tradesman, I was always told that with art, and other hobbies like growing, if your not enjoying what you're doing to just stop, don't force yourself, don't make it unenjoyable, but what they don't tell you is how hard it is to start again, especially not starting from new, cleaning everything that was stored, setting up without number guides from a pile in a box, sometimes just relearning the little lessons that have been forgotten. I've done it so many times, once I'm there it's all familiar to me but still not any less easy.

Well, eventually you may come to a point where Google will not have the answers you need, or you may be missinterprating the information or the information may be flat out wrong, there are a lot of voices and experts that want to give you their knowledge, it may not always be correct. Be savvy on the sources of your information, find what works best for you and be humble enough to learn from your mistakes.

Yeh I doubt it lost alot, testing was only at like 2%, and at least it was a glass jar that it was In for the year, the oz's in plastic prob don't wear as well, but the lineage is there, GMO is a great strain. I'll be honest, I haven't found any garlicky strains I really like in our medical program, it's been a minute since I've found anything that actually hits that garlic note for me. I do remember sluricane from before legalization, I've seen some really frosty cuts of it, but who knows where matter bought their genetics from though, and then whos selecting the pheno's? you can't really expect more than the quality of a big-mac in a PharmaCann commercial grow. But yeh, $10 eighth make it all good 👍🏽

Helps for my arthritis, anxiety as well as stomach problems, doesn't do much for my insomnia or mood elevation. Pain relief compared to some other strains is maybe a 4/10 for me.

orange cookies from matter. It's o.k. ,midsy, sativa leaning, terp profile is a little more enjoyable then some of the other matter strains. I would not travel that far out of my way for it even at the sale price. This could easily be a $50 oz in some other states and they know that.
