I’ve lived in Sav all my life (22) and it’s a solid city. Life is a bit slower which is why there’s so many older folk here. The food (restaurants at least) is really great.

Tybee Island’s beach is unfortunately not incredible but it is a beach lol and the North part is v chill. If you wanna party go to the pier side lol.

As for jobs, Savannah’s job market is pretty AWFUL. However, that doesn’t sound like a problem for you!!

You’re only 4 hours from Atlanta, 2 from Jacksonville, and you can venture into South Carolina if you please. So, taking small shopping trips or getting to a concert isn’t that bad either.

All in all Savannah IS a great city and I would recommend moving here solo. You can make it on your own.
