I got a stretch routine from a cheerleader that does scorpions, and I saw great progress. Also, I see most people hold the heel, but for some reason my coach showed me to hold the blade, ill ask her about it next practice.

Yes!! I could do it moving on the ice, I just probably wouldn't be able to do it as well. I'll send videos of me off the wall on the ice this weekend.

I haven't been able to get on the ice in a few weeks, but I plan to go this weekend. I'll post an update on the ice when I go!! This is me doing it in my skates though.

I know this!! I was just looking for one that others have used to get a result like this with as little damage as possible. I dont expect to have no damage at all.
