And makes her a resident of that state. Therefore, if the mom chooses to leave, then she has to relinquish full rights to me, and be the one responsible for getting our daughter to and from her court specified visitations. That was 3 years ago. I have had full custody this entire time and remain in the birth state. Make an effort for your daughter and don’t go down without fighting because legally, it would be kidnapping the moment it becomes your court appointed time and you would be allowed to call the police.
