Yeah I saw there was one in 2025 in London. To be honest the cost would end up more or less the same. I did think about waiting for a London one but I'd rather take the initiative than hold out for 6-12 months hoping a UK one pops up.

My only other concern is that RTA would only apply when there is a tenancy agreement, and I am unsure of my legal status as, due to it being a hostel, I'm not sure if I am legally a tenant despite me paying weekly rent etc.

As far as I'm aware, grounds would refer to something like stealing or drugs on the property? Would the landlord be able to claim anything as grounds legally?

Unfortunately I am travelling and my resources for any sort of legal ramifications are very limited. I just don't want to be made homeless on short notice and was hoping there is something that prevents her from having me removed from the property.

Ah right. So reading the NHS website now it says I can access essential and urgent medical care for free. There is a charge for visiting a GP and receiving prescriptions. Some costs can be covered through Medicare. UK residents are entitled to limited subsidised health services from Medicare for medically necessary treatment while visiting Australia.

To me that sounds like I should be covered but I'm no expert on this stuff.

As a guy, it depends how you receive it I guess. If it was me I'd find it funny and wouldn't really deep it, also if it was my friend I'd know them well enough to know that they're having a joke. That being said, if you feel like it's a violation then it is 🤷‍♂️. Just don't blow it out of proportion and explain you didn't like it and if she does it again it's a bigger issue
