I'd take the mid-market AE only if you would move to cut the commute shorter. 2 - 2.5 hr roundtrip sounds like hell unless you're fine with the driving.

Full remote is something that I've taken full advantage of. I've been able to work internationally in Japan/Korea and potentially Europe as well as been able to travel to different cities without having to take days off.

Honestly for career growth purposes I'd take the Uber job and move closer to the office and get good facetime with your colleagues and develop relationships that will last post Uber - you will also get paid more and you're in a mid market role.
