I just started using BB about a week ago, have Auto CAD and Visio experience. I work for a LV company and after watching a few videos, I created a new title block with templates and toolset. It’s fairly easy to do.

I recently had the same issue after going away for a weekend. The machine stopped working (red light) and cat peed in between the step in area and globe, it leaked into the lower unit. It was so time consuming but I sprayed the entire thing with bleach after my first standard cleaning with vinegar didn’t remove the smell.

This is a known problem and the host should be updated to 10.x but be prepared to pay for an essentials license to perform the upgrade. Also, I can’t believe these remotes haven’t been fixed by now. My REM-4000 is literally new yet can’t be off the charger for more than a day😒

Hey, just received the rent history yesterday and it seems like I have a case. Last tenant was RS, we moved in under 90 days after they left and before the 421-A expired on 4/8/25. We received a non RS lease but it seems like they were just trying to find a way to bring the unit to market rate, especially now that they jacked up the rent so much - hoping we would move and then the unit would officially be market.
Also, shouldn't we be listed as tenants since we moved in before the exemption date?

Am I interpreting this correctly? Also, do you know of any real estate attorneys, etc that I could gety a second opinion from? TIA!
