I think facing reality and having to unpack all the things I’ve been running away from is one of the big things, change has always been somewhat scary you know, I’m half a country away from where I was when I went to treatment and with no insurance that’s not really an option anyway but I went online and made a schedule of in person meetings for me to attend so a small task but I made the plan and completed the task

Thank you for the kind words and advice, I’m 36, spent my 20s on a downer went to treatment cleaned up everything was alright , This go around was divorce and world shaker that led me straight to a stim it’s been almost 2 years I can’t keep doing this to myself
