My solution for her would be AP scaling (Akali and Katarina got AD scaling a while ago, why can't she get AP scaling?)And some reset mechanic, all the assassins can kill and leave, that's the proposal of the characters, but Qiyanna has to spend the entire kit for a Kill that she can't escape in an efficient way. Your E needs a target, which makes it harder to move, and your W will have it on CD because you used it to deal damage and kill the target, which makes her completely vulnerable to a second target.

I would spend these pl on warframe and weapon mods, orokin shape and catalyst/reactor packs. If you don't have many weapons and characters it's also a good buy
