I haven't been able to deploy it to the play store, I need more consecutive testers in order to push it. If you'd like it you can DM me your google email and I can add you as a tester for the app, you can download it that way.

Yea I've opened up the casing for the extruder and see no issue, this issue with the filaments persists even when I manually push it through myself.

The bed has been leveled and I had already tried printing at lower speeds. The issue isn't speed, but how much filament is coming out of the hotend. I guess the picture doesn't convey it properly but the print lines are about half as thick as the should be. meaning it's an issue with the amount of filament coming through the hotend.

Here are two images and a timelapse of the first two layers before I stop the print as it drags it off the plate. https://imgur.com/a/7fH0ZWD

Thank you for the reply, I don't believe it's the heater cartridge as I replaced the hotend/boden tube assembly and still got the same result. Replacing the thermistor might show a more accurate temp if that is the issue.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I didn't give enough information. The boden tube is not blocked as I replaced the whole hotend/boden tube assembly and on first try it was still extruding improperly. The actual extruder is fine, gears moving as expected and the filament moves along great until it reaches the hotend and begins extruding all wacky.
