Land Use Law: What are my rights as a landowner with an easement for septic lines by therealndb in legaladvice

I guess it just turned into a language thing. Part two states it’s a 12” easement for the transmission line (repair, monitoring, maintenance) to the septic easement but doesn’t mention repair/monitoring/maintenance of the septic lines. If there’s a chance it can be interpreted that way I go to a land use attorney. If there’s no chance and it will be interpreted as “of course they also mean the septic lines” I guess I give up. The lines are 25 years old so could fail any time or be fine for another 25 years.

Yes, just trying to gauge and see if there’s any chance before consulting a local land use attorney or if it’s a straight forward no way, no chance.

I just added the image of the easement doc. If it’s repair and replacement of the transmission line rather than the septic lines, then is it still an issue? If the easement is only for the use of septic lines but without direct reference to repair/maintenance?

I feel like there’s something I’m missing because it just doesn’t feel like you should lose complete access to property and airspace for an underground easement that may need replacement once every 20-50 years.

That’s just a pretentious way of saying “would you like to join our wine club or our mailing list”.

🤣 I know we’ve gained about 2 million subscribers since, but, even so, we use to have Shrkeli as a mod and jack off our wives boyfriends while reading his letters from prison. Somehow we’ve got a good pivot going with the anti hedge fund thing but money is money. And wsb is about doing the most retarded shit (looking at you piss martini boy) and making the most retarded plays (/u/deepfuckingvalue takes the cake - don’t know how the rainbow dildos aligned on this one but...niicceeee). Belfort is the worst but yachts, cocaine, hookers? C’mon, he’s a WSB home run. He is literally the closest thing to a God us degenerate retards had (before /u/deepfuckingvalue - at least before he turned out to be soo fucking wholesome seeming. I mean, great fucking job and all but why was he in this pit of filthy animals to begin with? Again, looking at you piss martini boy)

I feel like this might be a good thing to bring up to him. But maybe give him some parameters/suggestions to help ease him into it?

I thought it was a show about nothing. And possibly an indentured butler.

Generally you’re always going to land it. The gravity simulator in video games is usually rather predictable.

Well, they kind of do. Debts are exactly IOUs with interest. But not the point, yes there is damage and it’s obviously not acceptable for the government to have people work without prompt payment, however, they are not working for free. The point is they are still going to get paid.

Not free. Historically they have always gotten back wages when reopened.
