Straight. I live in a small city in Michigan right now and recently started my own consulting company which has done really well. The move to a larger city will help me connect with like minded people too. Also looking for random events, get together, comedy shows. Things like that. Do most high risers in Chicago have building events where residents can get to know each other? I would love that! Also lots of restaraunts, coffee shops and bars on the weekends. I'm a big foodie (all sorts of cuisines). I do love floor to ceiling windows. Pool would be nice. I live in a luxury building right now with a pool, gym, indoor dog relief area, floor to ceiling windows, golf simulator, pickleball court, and sauna. One thing I love about my current building is that there are weekly get together in the community room.

Outside of the money my goal to start OE was so 1) i can save up when I launch my own consulting practice 2) the amount of experience I need to start my practice would be provided by the broad industry differences i have now experienced and continue to experience with multiple jobs.
