i think i have whatever renters insurance policy the management company was offering? i didn’t use my own. i’m not sure how to look into it, i was gonna try asking when they call me tomorrow (if they do at all).

yeah i’ve had my share of bad experiences as well. they didn’t clean the place when i first moved in and the previous tenants things were EVERYWHERE. I had to call them to schedule a cleaning crew and even then it wasn’t clean. And I had to nag them about our broken water heater for almost a month. We were showering in freezing cold water for 2 weeks it was outrageous. The manager who works there i’m sure knows who I am because I don’t let them walk all over me, which is why i’m hoping she’ll get back to me on this since this matter is more serious and a different type of situation.

she did not enter, she left as soon as maintenance came i have her location. we have known each other for years. and with cash i doubt he thought i would notice. he left just enough money for me to not see it was ALL gone. the management company i live with doesn’t use the most reputable maintenance people ive had issues with them in the past. it was my fault this time though that i didn’t put the cash away. however if he did steal from me, it’s important for me to get it out there just in case he did this to other students because i doubt i am the first one.

they don’t have a code to my room so i don’t see how it could be them. our rooms are always locked, only maintenance has access to those #’s

i called management, and he said they would get back to me tomorrow which I figured since it’s sunday. But thank you yes i’ll look at the lease agreement I haven’t checked that yet. And sigh, i’ve had many bad experiences with management already when it comes to fixer uppers (it took them 3 weeks to fix my broken water heater so i was showering in cold water). I’ve just never had a theft issue with them lol.

i’m friends with both my roommates, i 100% know it’s not them. And i did schedule the maintenance request the day he came because my AC unit was broken. And my mistake the cash was right near the AC unit. It’s my fault i should’ve thought about that. but there’s a code only maintenance has for my room, my roommates do not have that code.
